Service Questions
Absolutely. If you start with a Discovery Session and decide you'd like Community Connection or Guided Trial support, we'll credit your initial payment toward the upgraded service. Just let us know within two weeks of your discovery session.
This occasionally happens, and it's completely fine. We'll schedule a follow-up conversation at no additional charge to understand what didn't resonate and provide alternative recommendations. Our goal is finding genuine fit, which sometimes takes iteration.
No, our fees cover consultation, recommendations, and facilitation services. The actual costs of pursuing your chosen hobby—membership fees, equipment, class costs, etc.—are separate. We're transparent about these additional costs in our recommendations so you can budget accordingly.
If you're unsatisfied after your initial consultation, we offer a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. For services involving ongoing support, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we've never had someone request one after the first session.
Yes, our services make excellent gifts. We provide gift certificates valid for one year from purchase. The recipient can schedule their session at their convenience. Contact us directly to arrange gift purchases.
We typically have availability within one to two weeks. If you need something sooner, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. For less urgent requests, we're happy to schedule further out at your convenience.
We work with clients throughout the United Kingdom. While our partner network is strongest in and around Oxfordshire, we have connections across major cities and many smaller communities. For remote or underserved areas, we focus on hobbies that work well with distance participation or online communities.
